Determined to do the right thing, Chloe snuck into her family’s seized estate late one night, using an old hidden key to enter her father's private study. She searched through locked filing cabinets until she found a hidden thumb drive containing the true financial ledgers—the evidence that would clear the innocent staff and hold her father accountable.
As she stepped out of the house into the alleyway, two men hired by her father's corrupt associates blocked her path.
"Hand over the drive, rich girl," one of them demanded, stepping forward threateningly.
