Chapter 6 - Reckoning at the SummitThe annual Business Gala was held in the exact same luxury ballroom where Ethan and Eleanor had been humiliated months prior. But tonight, the atmosphere was vastly different.
The media cameras flashed frantically as Ethan arrived, dressed impeccably, with Eleanor on his arm wearing an elegant silver gown that shimmered under the chandeliers.
In the corner of the room stood Arthur Vance, stripped of his chairman title, and Victoria, wearing a plain black dress, utterly ignored by the high-society elites who once flattered them.
Ethan stepped up to the podium to deliver the keynote address.
"True power isn't measured by how many people kneel before you," Ethan spoke into the microphone, his voice echoing through the silent hall. "It is measured by how many people you lift up when they fall. Today, I am proud to announce the creation of the Sterling-Eleanor Foundation, dedicated to providing free legal aid and financial protection for working-class families wronged by corporate greed."
The room erupted into thunderous applause. Behind the applause, federal agents moved quietly through the crowd, approaching Arthur Vance.

As Arthur was led away in handcuffs, Victoria broke down, realizing her world had completely shattered.
